I didn’t take many pics in November but have already taken a lot in December. So, I’m combining the two. I’ll add the rest of December and all our Christmas festivities in January. Our BIG event in December has been Zye’s school cooking contest. He won the initial recipe contest for his entire school then went on to compete with other elementary students from the 15 other Norman elementary schools. They actually made their dishes themselves.   Zye’s recipe was Crazy Cheese Straws.  He was SO proud of himself, as were we. He even got recognized in front of the whole group as the most “authentic” chef because his chef coat was covered in flour.  School is now out for Christmas break and we are looking forward to a 2 week break of rest, fun, family, food & presents.
