January brought us three big milestones. Zac turned THIRTY, Zye turned FOUR and Tace turned THREE months. Jill, however, is just as young as ever.

Zac celebrated 80’s style with a Karaoke party, Zye celebrated at Pump It Up and Tace celebrated with a bottle. We celebrated Christmas a little late with Jill’s family so we could spend the time with Uncle Cody & Aunt Melissa who came home from Seattle during the worst winter storm OKC has seen in years. They were actually trapped here for an extra two days since the airport was closed. We also went to the zoo with our friends Carrie & Laura and had fun “playing” with the seals and monkeys. I weighed Tace at home on his 3 month birthday and he was a hefty 16 pounds. Still not as big as Zye was but he is gaining on him.

Tace turned 2 months old on December 19th. His well baby check up showed him weighing in at a hefty 13lbs. 12oz. I looked back at Zye’s records and he weighed almost a pound more at 2 months. So, though he is big, Tace is still lagging behind Zye on the weight. He does have huge cheeks just like Zye did though. Zye enjoyed playing in the snow that a big winter storm brought us in early December. Our church Christmas pageant required that Zye be a manger animal. He picked to be a donkey and Jill got her first shot at making a costume in a short amount of time. Tace was dedicated in church and got to dress up like Frosty thanks to a gift from some friends. We enjoyed the holiday with family and friends and Santa was good to all of us.
